The real question is how do you get more quality real estate leads? And is there a way to own your real estate lead source instead of constantly “paying” for leads on platforms you don’t own or control like Trulia,Zillow,, Cinc, Zurple, BoomTown, Real Geeks, Easy Agent Pro, Placester, Real Estate Webmasters etc.

Let’s look at Real Estate SEO, for example, Google uses 200+ factors when ranking real estate websites. This includes social signals, user interaction, and trust. How can you know which one to focus on first? There are plenty of “experts” that focus on one of these methods that are quick to recommend their particular strategy. But is it the MOST IMPORTANT strategy? 


The reality is you will NEVER be able to hit all 200 the right way. 


Even I don’t focus on everything. Why? Because it’s nearly impossible AND you don’t need to in order to achieve amazing SEO results.
