A brief introduction to our Guest, He is based in Philadelphia and he has management, construction, and an investment company. He recently bought a market center and have a team of about 400 people now. His team called Team thecondoshop. And they mainly focus on rental luxury condominiums and they are a partner with Keller Williams.

In this topic we will talk about Zillow, why and how good to use this platform and what are the strengths and weaknesses and changes happening to the research industry.

Zillow founded in 2006 and headquartered in Seattle. It is one of the leading real estate and rental marketplace providing consumers with valuable information about the place they call home and connecting them with the best local realtor or agents. Zillow operates the most popular suite of mobile real estate apps, with more than two dozen apps across all major platforms.

Jonathan, Robert, and our guest Gaurav believe how good Zillow is but the concept was changed recently.
