Second is Placester. They have something that nobody else in the real estate industry has, which they have 400,000 installed websites meaning 1 out of 5 licensed realtor have Placester. That’s how good it is, it has a better search experience, it has an exceed performance and more productive in terms of lead generation. In terms of price, Playster can be $5 a month all the way up to $159 a month. And to give information about the company’s success, behind it is Matthew Burrow the CEO of Placester, a great marketer, businessman, and entrepreneur. They bought a lot of company, partnered with Nora, they got a lot of people in lower end that probably bought 4-5 houses a year. The only downside of Placester is that they are not good at sales tactics and their IDX is not that giving the best results.

Fourth, is the Curaytor. Not as bad as KV Core it’s also not the best platform to use because it is expensive but it has tons of features and helpful tools that you can use.
Last is the Agent Fire, which is actually been on the low end of the market for a long time. They haven’t provided good quality leads, no conversion and the user experience isn’t very intuitive but the design of their website is good.
