I've been writing for many years and in 90 minutes Robert showed me heaps of stuff that were new to me (much to my surprise, truthfully). I came away from our lengthy conversation knowing more about video SEO, local SEO, and traditional SEO than I could have imagined. These are topics that I try to stay on top of as a Realtor blogger who gets a lot of business from my sites, but SEO keeps changing, and I probably should not have been surprised that someone like Robert has his finger on the pulse of those changes and what is impactful in a way that I just cannot do as someone also running a real estate business. Robert is a specialist. He knows tons more about SEO and what it takes to improve not just rankings on Google and other search engines, but also what is required to have better engagement from website visitors so that they stay on the site or so that they come back again and again. I actually took 3 pages of notes today and am definitely going to hire him to help me make my websites more effective. Finally, I'd like to add that Robert is super friendly and approachable. As a quick summary, Robert was the most valuable real SEO consultation I've ever done. He's in Los Angeles while that's not super local to me in Silicon Valley, Robert's guidance, knowledge, and insight as to how I work and work best is definitely the best and I would recommend any real estate agent or broker speak to him, whether in L.A., California generally, or anywhere at all. Robert gave me actionable tips, useful viewpoints on what works and priorities, and provided an approach that will work for me in particular. Lastly, for any of my Realtor friends who are working the Ninja selling system and focusing on providing value (not a "sales job"), Robert Newman is a person that will work with you to bring that same set of values to your videos, whether long YouTube videos or shorter reels for social media. You may or may not have already had a conversation with Robert, but I have to tell you he is one of the most helpful and generous people I have come across in the real estate industry. No strings attached ever! Truth is that all of us in the real estate industry are constantly hit with sales pitches selling yet another system/service/product that we need to have for our business. Almost 20 years later, I don't handle those calls like I did before. I've had multiple generic websites that were brokerage provided, I have worked with a real estate web design company to build a more custom site, and paid for a real estate search site provided by a lead generation company (I ultimately gave that site up a few years back because it wasn't meeting my desired ROI).
